Cheesy Bacon Chicken Skillet!
Chicken smothered in Caramelized Onions, Bacon and Melted Cheese.

This chicken is to die for! We love this meal in our house.  It is pretty heavy on calories though so I suggest a salad or a vegetable for a side dish. Just remember everything in moderation!  Here's what you'll need:

 Ingredients
5-6 Boneless Chicken breasts
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Onion powder
Paprika
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Bacon (You could use already done if you'd like but I prefer real)
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Brown Sugar
Butter
1/4 C chopped sweet onion

Instructions
1.Trim all fat from the chicken breasts then pound with a meat tenderizer.
2. Season chicken with Garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
Place in a bowl and drizzle the chicken with olive oil, mix around and place in the fridge at least a few hours.
3.Cook 6-7 pieces of bacon in a pan and set aside.
4.In a separate pan saute your chicken. I cook mine over medium heat for at least 25 minutes. Cook one one side for at least 15 minutes or until that side is golden brown. Turnover and cook for an additional ten minutes. Chicken should be firm to the touch.
5. Wipe out the grease left over from the bacon but don't wash the pan and add a TBS Butter and an 1/8 of a cup of brown sugar.Cook your chopped onions in the pan until they are caramelized.
6. Place your chicken in the pan crumble bacon on top.
7.Add your desired amount of Shredded cheese and place a lid on the pan.
When the cheese is melted it's done!

Enjoy!
